The machine is mainly composed of workbench, workbench base, column, beam and vertical tool rack. The main parts of this machine are made of HT250 cast iron using resin sand technology and aging treatment (artificial aging and vibration aging) after roughing. Casting quality is reliable, without cracks, pores and shrinkage holes. After aging treatment, the casting has a stable structure, which ensures the stability of the machine during use. The product quality certificate contains a report on the analysis of the chemical composition, a report on the heat treatment and time curve of heat treatment temperature.
The left and right columns, top beams, workbenches, bases, and other components form the frame. withstand the cutting load. The beam moves up and down the guide column. The engine and turbine box for lifting the beam are located in the upper beam. The beam is clamped on the post by a Belleville spring through a lever. The beam lifting control buttons hang on the button station.
The working table is composed of the working table, the working table base, the main shaft part and the transmission mechanism, and the working table and the working table base are molded and machined as a whole. It adopts tapered bearing bearing fixed load and high rotation accuracy.
The left and right tool holders are mounted on the beam. The tool holder feed box passes through the polished rod. Lead screw for fast vertical and horizontal movement or cutting feed.
The hydraulic system includes: table lubrication system, tool rack lubrication system, guide lubrication system.
