The machine is mainly composed of Worktable, Worktable base, column, beam and vertical tool rack. The main parts of this machine are made of HT250 cast iron using resin sand technology and aging treatment (artificial aging and vibration aging) after roughing. Casting quality is reliable, without cracks, pores and shrinkage holes. After aging treatment, the casting has a stable structure, which ensures the stability of the machine during use. The product quality certificate contains a report on the analysis of the chemical composition, a report on the heat treatment and time curve of heat treatment temperature.
The machine tool is mainly composed of workbench, workbench base, column, cross beam and vertical tool holder. The main drive drives the main motor through the frequency converter for stepless speed regulation. The gear inside the box is quenched and ground to ensure transmission accuracy and efficiency and reduce noise and vibration.
The work table is composed of the work table, the work table base, the main shaft parts and the transmission mechanism, the work table and the work table base are the whole casting processing. Taper bearing, bearing fixed, high rotation accuracy.
The beam is raised and lowered on the column. The beam is composed of a tool rest feed transmission mechanism, a beam clamping mechanism and a hydraulic device. An automatic lubricating oil pump is installed on the beam to lubricate the guide rail surface as required.
80x80mm square forged steel tool bar. The feed motor is controlled by CNC system, and the X/Z axis linkage is directly connected by servo motor to realize the rough and fine processing of plane and surface.
Hydraulic system includes: workbench lubrication system, tool rest lubrication system, guide rail lubrication system.
The guide rail of the machine tool is protected by steel plate, which makes the appearance more neat and beautiful.
